DAD'S STOMACH CURE 
1 qt. good rye whiskey
2 oz. Levernell
1 piece champhor gum
Mise of haselnut
6 tbsp. full elderberries

Mix above stuff in 2 quart grape wine.

2 tbsp. wine
1 tbsp. mixture

Once or twice a day.
