CONGEALED PEACH SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
3/4 c. hot water
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. ripe peaches, chopped to bite size

Dissolve jello in hot water; add cold water. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in jello. Fold in Cool Whip and peaches. Pour into Pyrex dish and refrigerate until firm.
