CINNAMON PUFFS | |
2 c. flour 1/3 c. sugar 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 c. milk 1/4 c. vegetable oil Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk and then oil. Next add egg that has been slightly beaten. Stir until flour is moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Grease tins or use paper cups. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden. TOPPING: Melt 1/2 cup butter. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Brush muffins with butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Makes 12. |
