GWEN'S OVEN PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 lean pork chops
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic chips
2 tbsp. oil
1 can chicken and rice soup

Cover pork chops in mixture of flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic. Brown in oil in large skillet. Place browned pork chops in large pan and add can of soup and rest of flour mixture. Cover and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with cooked rice.
