1 (3 oz.) pkg. reg. chocolate pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 pkg. devils food cake mix
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts

Prepare pudding mix with milk as directed on package. Remove from heat; blend dry cake mix into hot pudding. Mixture will be quite thick and spongy. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
