POLYNESIAN STEW 
1 1/2 lean stew meat
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 qt. water
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
rice
1 small head cabbage
1 container cottage cheese

Bring to boil or until meat is tender. Thirty minutes before serving, cut up small head cabbage. Turn up to medium or medium-high until cabbage is tender. In meantime, prepare rice to package instructions. Serve stew over rice and top with generous portions of cottage cheese.
