HAMBURGER - CORN PIE 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1 can corn
Grated Swiss cheese or Cheddar cheese
2 pie shells

Mix in bowl: 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons flour, 4 beaten eggs and 1 cup milk. Fry and drain 1 pound burger and 1 small onion, finely chopped.

Layer in 2 frozen pie shells: 1) Burger and onion. 2) 1/2 can corn in each, drained. 3) Grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese to cover. 4) Pour sauce mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
