TURKEY APPLE SALAD 
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
2 apples, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. slivered toasted almonds (optional)
2/3 c. fat-free, no-cholesterol mayonnaise

Combine cooked turkey, apples and lemon juice in a large bowl. Mix well, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 4.
