EASY CARROT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 can sliced carrots, drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/4 c. oil
Vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix ingredients in order given, mix well. Grease pan, bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with cream cheese frosting.
