VERY LOW FAT CRISPS 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter, oil or butter
7/8 c. boiling water

Mix all ingredients and make balls using 1 rounded measuring teaspoonful of mixture for each. Put on baking sheet well sprayed with vegetable spray about 3" apart with moistened fingers, pat out very thin to rounds about 3" in diameter. Bake in hot oven, 375 to 400 degrees, about 10 minutes. Makes 2 dozen. Delicious with chili or soups.
