PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
Made with Betty Crocker cake mix. 2 eggs 1/3 c. water 1/4 c. butter, softened 1 c. peanut butter 1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow devils food or white cake mix 1 pkg. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, water, butter, peanut butter, and half of the cake mix (dry) until smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix and the chocolate pieces. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. About 6 dozen cookies. PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BARS: Spread dough in greased and floured jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Bake about 20 minutes. Cool; cut into bars, about 3 x 1 1/2 inches. 30 bars. High Altitude (5000 feet) : Cookies - No adjustments are necessary. Bars - Use 2 square pans. |
