DIABETIC COOKIES 
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 egg
1 pkg. D-Zerta chocolate or butterscotch pudding
2 tsp. oil
2/3 c. dates or raisins, chopped
3 drops vanilla flavoring

Mix ingredients. Form in small balls; flatten with the bottom of a glass (moistened). Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.

Makes 18 balls.
