RUM BALLS | |
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers 1 c. finely chopped nuts 1/4 c. butter 1/2 c. rum 1 bag (6 oz.) chocolate chips Paraffin Mix vanilla wafers, nuts, butter and rum in bowl. Work into a ball; refrigerate until firm enough to form into small balls. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler with a small piece of paraffin. Dip balls into chocolate and let cool on tray. Makes 3 dozen. |
