RUM-DUM BALLS 
1 stick butter
2 c. packed brown sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. toasted coconut
Vanilla ice cream scooped into balls

Melt butter over low heat. Stir in brown sugar and evaporated milk. Add peanut butter and cook, stirring constantly until well blended. Roll ice cream balls in toasted coconut and top with sauce.

(Coconut can be toasted by putting it in a shallow pan in 300 degree oven and stirring frequently until browned.)
