RUM OR BOURBON BALLS 
8 oz. finely ground walnuts
8 oz. (2 bars) German's sweet chocolate, finely grated (do in food processor)
1 c. sugar
Rum or bourbon to taste (start with 1/4 c.)
4-6 oz. chocolate sprinkles

Mix together nuts, chocolate and sugar. Add enough rum or bourbon so that it holds together. Shape into small balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles. Let dry. Store in covered tin. Freezes well, too.
