TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
Lg. can chunk pineapple (drain and save juice) 2 c. mini marshmallows 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. diced, unpeeled apples 1 egg, well beaten 1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar 1 lg. Cool Whip Mix pineapple chunks and marshmallows and refrigerate 8 hours. Mix flour, juice, sugar, vinegar and egg. Cook until thick. Refrigerate 8 hours. Mix Cool Whip and sauce together. Add rest of ingredients and refrigerate 8 hours. |
