2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna fish
6 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 lb. mushrooms
Butter

Slice mushrooms and saute in butter. Reserve. Combine all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Stir in mushrooms. Serve with crackers or party rye.
