TWO CRUST PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 lg. can pineapple, crushed
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Crust for two crust pie

Mix first four ingredients together. Blend well. Pour into unbaked pie shell, cover with top crust. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer.
