DAEJI-BULGOGI 
1 lb. lean and boneless pork, cut into thin slices

Marinade:

3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. crushed gingerroot
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. red pepper sauce*
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. rice wine (sake)
2 tbsp. sesame oil

*2 Tbsp. red/hot/chili pepper paste with about 1 1/2 tsp. of water, 1 1/2 tsp. of vegetable oil, and a little bit of minced garlic, cooked over a medium flame.

Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade and mix in a large bowl. Add the pork and marinate for 10 minutes. Grill pork.

Serves 2-3 people.
