MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. cream corn
1/2 c. oil
1 lb. hamburger meat
1/2 lb. cheese
1 1/2 jalapeno peppers

Mix all ingredients; pour in buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
