BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cherry juice
3 eggs
1 c. strong black coffee
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and beat well. Add buttermilk, black coffee, vanilla and cherry juice and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix, add nuts. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into 9x13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
