MEXICAN CORN CASSEROLE | |
2 cans cream style corn 3 eggs 1 (6.5 oz.) Mexican corn bread mix 1/2 c. oil 1 sm. jar pimentos 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Chopped jalapeno peppers to taste Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam or greased. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. |
