CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken-turkey (preferably baked)
7 oz. broken spaghetti, cooked
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lg. can sliced mushrooms
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Combine above ingredients.

WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk

Also will need:

1 c. chicken broth

Add to hot white sauce. Let cool.

Add to cooled white sauce:

1/2 lb. Old English cheese, grated
1/2 lb. American cheese, grated

Combine white sauce and chicken mixture. Pour into greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch Pyrex dish. Better if let stand 24 hours. May be frozen. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes to 1 hour. Can be garnished with any of the following: black olive slices, pimento slices, or paprika (before baking). 1/2 cup of celery can be added. Makes 8 servings.
