ULTRA SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
4 cans water
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tbsp. minced garlic
Salt (try Spike or VegSal)
Pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. peanut or olive oil
1 lg. chopped onion
1 lg. chopped green bell pepper
9 lg. chopped mushrooms
1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
1 can stewed tomatoes

In a large saucepan on medium high heat, combine first 9 ingredients, heat to boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally. In oil at medium high heat in electric skillet, add next 3 ingredients, simmer until onion starts turning transparent. Add hamburger, crumbling as it's stirred. Add stewed tomatoes, simmer until hamburger browns and add to onion, etc. Stir well. Spoon over spaghetti and top with Parmesan. Serves 5-8.
