SHRIMPARONI SALAD 
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. Creamette rotini or elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned and cooked
5 c. celery, diced
3 c. cucumber, pared, seeded, and chopped
1 c. chopped radishes
1/2 c. sliced green onion
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. horseradish
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Cucumber slices
Cherry tomatoes

Prepare Creamettes macaroni or rotini according to quantity cooking directions for salad use. Drain. Combine macaroni, shrimp, celery, cucumber, radishes, and onions. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper until smooth. Toss with macaroni mixture. Chill. Before serving, toss macaroni salad; put in serving bowls and garnish with cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. 25 servings.
