2 medium size cucumbers
1 - 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
3-4 drops tabasco (to Taste)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 clove garlic, crushed

Chop cucumbers into fine pieces (do not put into blender). Add cream cheese, Tabasco, salt, and garlic.

Yields 1 1/2 cups dip.
