CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
CRUST:

1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together and refrigerate overnight.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Press dough into tart pans to form crust. Put in filling. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees, turn oven down to 250 degrees, bake for 20 minutes more.
