RHUBARB-STRAWBERRY PIE 
Crust for pie
3 c. cut up rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
Dash of salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick butter

Prepare bottom crust for pie and place in pie pan. Put rhubarb in crust, sprinkle with gelatin. Combine salt, sugar and flour. Pour over rhubarb. Melt butter and pour over sugar mixture. Bake at 375-400 degrees until rhubarb is done. This is very sweet. I use 2/3 cup sugar instead of 1 cup.

This is also good with blueberries and lemon gelatin.
