PUMPKIN ROLL 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

FILLING:

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, flour, pumpkin, eggs, baking soda and cinnamon. Spray jelly roll pan with Pam cooking spray and spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, sprinkle dish towel with powdered sugar. When cake is done turn onto dish towel and roll up from long end. Let cool. Beat all filling ingredients until smooth. Unroll cake and spread with filling. Roll cake and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
