PINA COLADA CAKE | |
1 box white or pineapple cake mix 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 8 oz. Pina Colada mix (Coconut Cream) 1 c. Angel Flake coconut 1 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip Prepare cake mix as directed on package and bake in 9x13 inch pan. Punch holes in cake (while warm). The handle of a wooden spoon works very well. Pour Eagle Brand milk and Pina Colada mix over cake. After cake cools frost with Cool Whip mixed with coconut. Store in refrigerator. |
