CLAM LOAF 
1 loaf round sourdough bread
3 cans minced clams
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 tsp. clam juice
Minced green onions
Minced parsley
5 drops Tabasco
2 tsp. Worcestershire
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Cut off top of bread and hollow out, keeping pieces as dippers. Mix other ingredients, place in bread. Put top on, wrap in heavy foil and bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours. (If you're in a hurry, 350 degrees for 2 hours).
