PUMPKIN CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Sift dry ingredients, add a little to the first mixture, then add 1 can of pie pumpkin, then rest of dry ingredients. Bake in an 11x15 pan at 350 about 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 egg
Flavor to taste

Work butter through sugar. Add salt and beaten egg. Beat until creamy. Add flavoring and spread. Maple flavoring is good in this cake.
