FISH CHOWDER 
3 or 4 potatoes, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. carrots, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 or 2 slices bacon, cut into pieces
1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped
Red snapper, cut in small chunks
1 or 1/2 c. milk

Simmer in water until vegetables are done and water begins to thicken. Add red snapper. Cook about 10 minutes. Then add milk. (Add thickening if necessary.)
