CLASSIC QUICHE 
4 to 8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2 to 3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 to 1 cup steamed veg. (broccoli, spinach, cauliflower) or
sauteed mushrooms
1 c. grated cheese (Swiss, cheddar, Monterey Jack)
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. yogurt (plain)
Dash of salt, pepper & nutmeg
9 or 10-inch pie crust

Lightly butter bottom of the crust. Sprinkle bacon, onion, vegetables and cheese into pie shell. Combine eggs, milk and yogurt until well blended. Add seasonings. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
