GAZPACHO 
6 lg. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
2 green peppers, halved, seeded and diced
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
2 onions, minced
1 c. tomato puree
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. tomato juice
10 drops Tabasco sauce
Chopped red or green pepper and onion for garnish

Working in batches if necessary, combine all ingredients except garnish in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight. Garnish with pepper and onion.
