HASTY GAZPACHO 
1 can (24 oz.) V-8
4 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. chopped cucumber (peeled & seeded first)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
Generous dash liquid red pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. garlic croutons for garnish

Combine all ingredients. Chill several hours. Serve in chilled bowls, garnish with croutons.
