SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 qt. cooked squash, drained & mashed
8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb & spice stuffing mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. minced onion
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste

Heat soup, undiluted; add butter and onions to soup. Place stuffing mix in 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Add soup mixture and mix just until moist. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
