SOUR CREAM PEAR PIE 
3 c. peeled diced pears
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened

Also will need:

1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell

Combine pears, sugar, egg, flour, sour cream, vanilla and salt; blend. Spoon into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Combine all of the topping ingredients until well mixed. Sprinkle on top of pie. Return to oven for 30 minutes more. Enjoy - thanks to Bea Kane.
