PEACHY PEAR APPLE PIE 
4 med. apples
2 ripe pears
3/4 c. white sugar
1 firm peach
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger

Slice apples and lay on the bottom of the pie crust. Slice the pears and lay on top of the apples. Sprinkle the sugar over then chop up the peach and lay on top of the sugar.

Take the cinnamon, cloves and ginger and sprinkle over entire pie. Top with the second pie crust. Flute the edges and slit the crust in 3 places. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until filling is bubbling through slits.
