EASY CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. hot water
2 sm. pkgs. cherry gelatin
1 can whole cranberry sauce
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cranberry sauce and stir well. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Fold in sour cream and add nuts. Pour into oiled mold or other serving container. Chill at least several hours. 8-10 servings. To reduce calories and cholesterol use sour cream alternative instead of sour cream.
