SHEET CAKE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Put first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Sift flour and sugar and pour hot sauce over it and mix well. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla, mix well and pour into greased 12 x 13 x 2 1/2 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. While hot frost.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. buttermilk
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Bring butter, cocoa and buttermilk to a boiling point. Add rest of ingredients. Cool and frost.
