HAWAIIAN BANANA BREAD 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. shortening
2 fully ripe bananas
2 eggs

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Whirl remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured pan. Large loaf pan or 9 inch round.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
