HAWAIIAN BANANA NUT BREAD 
3 c. all purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts
3 eggs beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple drained
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Remove to wire racks; cool completely, freezes well. Makes 2 loaves.
