OYSTERS CAPRICORN 
12 (or more) large oysters
12" strips of bacon (rind removed)
plain (all purpose) flour (seasoned with salt and pepper)
bread crumbs
1 beaten egg (or more)
oil (for deep frying)

Wrap oysters in bacon strips (rind removed), and secure with tooth-picks. Roll in flour, beaten egg, then bread crumbs.

Chill in freezer for 1 hour.

Deep fry in hot oil 185ºC (365ºF) until golden brown. Drain on paper towel, serve.
