Pot roast or beef leftovers 1 pkg. corn tortillas 2 tbsp. taco sauce Salt, pepper & Tabasco sauce to taste 1 c. oil Cut beef into very fine pieces, approximately 3 cups and warm in pan; add seasonings. In frying pan get oil very hot. Place 1 corn tortilla at a time in oil, flipping very quickly just to get tortilla soft, remove from pan. Add meat, roll sides of tortilla to make a tube around meat. Place in frying pan again until crisp and lightly browned. Serve with salad and guacamole sauce. |
