TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple
4 c. apples
1 c. peanuts
1 carton Cool Whip

Cook flour, sugar, vinegar, egg and juice from pineapple on the stove until boiling. Cook until thick. Cool. Fold in pineapple, apples and peanuts. Add Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
