TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
4 c. chopped, unpared apples 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained 2 c. salted Spanish peanuts 8 oz. Cool Whip 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour Combine pineapple juice with sugar, flour, cider vinegar and egg. Blend well. Cook, stirring until thick. Cool completely. Fold in Cool Whip. Then add pineapple, peanuts and apples. |
