STRAWBERRY SYRUP 
Cook several quarts of fresh, ripe, unbruised strawberries until the juice is extracted.

For every pint of the strained strawberry juice, measure out and add 1 1/2 cups sugar.

Boil rapidly for 5 minutes. Adjust lids.

Pour into clean hot canning jars. Process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
