CARAMEL FRUIT DIP 
8 ounce cream cheese
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup karo syrup
1 cup chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts or chopped pecans

Combine cream cheese, sugars, white syrup and vanilla. Stir in chopped nuts. Prepare 24 hours before serving. Serve with sliced granny smith apples, strawberries, your favorite fresh fruit.
