CARAMEL DIP FOR FRESH FRUIT 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt together butter and brown sugar. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Stir over medium heat until smooth. Place in refrigerator for a few hours until thickened.

Serve with fresh fruit for dipping.
